At CFI Engineering our operations and business practices reflect our commitment to our core values of honesty, integrity, safety, diversity and respect for the basic rights of all human beings on the planet. 

We do not discriminate in our hiring, contracting or business partner selection processes on the basis of age, race, religion, political affiliations, gender or sexual orientation. We seek to work with business partners, vendors, contracted individuals and employees who share our values and demonstrate respect toward all human beings without discrimination.
